MyPrivateBanking (MPB) is the first independent information and networking platform for clients of private banks and wealth managers worldwide, created with an aim to support private banking clients in making profitable investment decisions.

The Problem

The founders of MyPrivateBanking had a vision of making wealth management much more transparent, cost-efficient, and client-focused. They were driven by their own experiences as clients of a number of wealth managers.

The primary goal was to create a Web platform where users can find and exchange information to help them make intelligent investment decisions, such as choosing the best wealth managers, improving their wealth management strategy, lowering the cost of wealth management, and optimising management activities of their wealth managers.

Extensive Content

The website has a lot of content published so there was a need to create a CMS platform that could manage content workflows in such a way that the content is laid out in a very organized structure. The idea was to make it easier for users to find what they need.

Site Interactivity and User Engagement

Being a networking and information platform, MyPrivateBanking.com needed to be seamlessly integrated with Web 2.0 features, so that visitors are converted to registered users who can actively generate content and interact with other members.

User Experience

The MPB team was very particular about the user experience of the website. They wanted the design to visually support the overall strategy of providing educated and senior visitors with independent, in-depth information, as well as a platform to exchange individual information anonymously with peers.
